It attempts to add serenity, a sense of calm

                 and the vision of a different reality.

During all the years of painting and creating

Nothing has had a more profound effect

Than the magical ocean world

The immense power without aggression of the great whales

The intelligence and playfulness of the dolphins

My mermaids allow me to live in that world

                 while trying to cope with this one.
